As part of my CPD (Continuous Professional Development), I have recently studied Functional Neuroanatomy at Cambridge University to understand more about the areas of the brain and how they work.

I have also undertaken other courses and attended conferences and seminars in relation to Neuroscience, Neurodivergence, Hypnotherapy, RTT, NLP, CBT, Trauma and Life Coaching with the likes of Dr Russell Barkley, Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Richard Schwartz, Marisa Peer, Ali Campbell, Dr Bruce Perry, Dr Gabor Mate, Tony Robbins, Dr Bessel van der Kolk, Dr Stephen Porges, Professor Andrew Huberman, Dr Mark Hyman, Dr Robert Melillo and Dr Daniel Amen. All renowned leaders in their expert disciplines.​
